“Jumping Joe" Dugan dark black ink signature on the SS of a snow-white Spalding “Official Major League Specifications" Baseball. Dugan has also dated the South panel “June 25, 1981.†Almost imperceptible ghosting present in a couple of places prevent this specimen’s rating as a gem-mint example. This is simply a gorgeous ball of the starting 3rd baseman for the 1927 Yankees. Dugan died in 1982 and signed singles of him are almost non-existent!
